本文先以UNESCO(United Nations Educational, Scientific and Culture Organization)組織架構下的國際教育局(International Bureau of Education, IBE)、More Than Digital 一個專為協助企業主管或領導的平台、全球性求職平台Indeed對未來人才所需能力、與108課綱架構進行比對,了解臺灣目前高中階段的課程綱要是否符合未來人力需求與終身學習能力。再以技術型高中的部定課程技能領域特質規劃理念之下,如何以學習地圖為基礎,有效規劃各校校訂專業學科與實務操作課程,期能達成技術型高中領域課綱的目標。其次著重於數位化教學平台特色以及技術型高中應用數位化教材,尤其是VR與AR的數位教材,其規劃之重點加以探討,期能讓技職體系學生能以實務基本操作能力為基礎之下,無論是否在一般時段或後疫情時代都能夠應用平台自我學習,就業之後仍能終身學習。技術型高中在技術與實務操作之學習採用AR方式或其他數位化教材確實有其優勢,且可透過遠距方式進行自我學習,但其實務課程在採用數位化教學或混成方式教學之前,學生仍須先具備基礎實務操作實習之基本能力,方能有效理解與應用數位化進行學習。本文建議技術型高中學校行政主管與教師都能了解108課綱之優勢與可行性,共同規劃有效之數位化教學活動,同時也建請企業界規劃與推展數位化教學平台之過程能邀請業界、學界,結合現場專業教師的實務經驗,以鷹架方式規劃出務實致用的AR教學軟體,虛擬實境的技術實務學習才能有效展開。
英文摘要
This article first uses the International Bureau of Education (IBE) which is under the organizational structure of UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Culture Organization), More Than Digital, a platform designed to assist business executives or leaders, and Indeed which is a global job search platform, comparing the competences required by future talents with the 108 curriculum guidelines structure to understand whether the current guidelines in Taiwan meet future manpower needs and lifelong learning competencies. Then under the concept of skill domain characteristic planning of the technical high school's departmental curriculum, how to effectively plan the professional and practicum courses of each school based on the learning map, so as to achieve the goal of the vocational high school domain subjects. After that, this paper focuses on the characteristics of the digital teaching platform and the application of digital teaching materials in vocational high schools, especially the materials of VR and AR. Regardless of whether it is in the general period or in the post-epidemic era, the platform can be used for self-learning at school and lifelong learning after employment. There are advantages to using AR or other digital teaching materials while students are learning the technology and practicum course, and students can carry out through distance methods by themselves. However, before using digital teaching or hybrid teaching practicum courses in vocational high school, in order to understand and apply digital learning efficiently, students must have done some of the basic operation skill competencies. This paper suggests that the administrators and teachers of vocational high schools recognize the advantages and its feasibility of the 108 curriculum guidelines, planning and applying feasible digital teaching activities efficiently, inviting the enterprise, academic experts, and the experienced technical high school teachers to create a useful and friendly AR platform and practical materials for the learning in virtual reality.
