Legislation Analysis of the Draft Revision of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act in 2022

科技日新月異、日益千里，新興菸品（含電子煙及加熱菸）已脫逸傳統菸害防制法菸品（即紙菸）的定義、範疇及形狀，衛生福利部為了解決此一困境，於2022年提出修正草案；本文乃針對相關爭點課題而展開分析。

Technology is advancing with each passing day, and emerging tobacco products (including e-cigarettes and heated cigarettes) have escaped the definition, scope and shape of tobacco products (i.e. paper cigarettes) under the traditional tobacco harm control law. In order to solve this dilemma, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Adraft amendment is proposed in 2022; this article analyzes the relevant contentious issues.
