法學家對法律有三種任務：解釋、結構和體系，本文的寫作目的，在於嘗試建構臺灣衛生法之法律體系及其內涵，並可為將來法律解釋與適用的指引。嘗試從「衛生行政組織法」、「衛生行政醫事人員法」、「衛生行政管理法」進行分析。

Jurists have three tasks with law: interpretation, structure, and system.The purpose of writing this article is to try to construct the legal system and connotation of Taiwan’s health law, which can be aguide for future legal interpretation and application. This article attempts to analyze from the“organizational law of health administration”,“law of health administration and medical personnel”and“law of health administration management”.
