This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations and intermediary effect among junior high school organizational innovation climate, teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ innovative teaching in public junior high schools in Taoyuan city. The method is questionnaire survey and subjects are junior high school teachers from 60 schools in Taoyuan city. 790 teachers was selected by stratified random sampling. This study applied self-made questionnaire “Questionnaire of junior high school organizational innovation climate, teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ innovative teaching”. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation,,and SEM. The results show that: (1) The statuses of junior high school organizational innovation climate, teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ innovative teaching are in good condition. (2) Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in junior high school organizational innovation climate, teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ innovative teaching. (3) There is a moderately positive correlation between every two variables of junior high school organizational innovation climate, teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ innovative teaching. (4) “Teachers’ psychological capital” is a moderate variable between junior high school organizational innovation and teachers’ innovative teaching. Finally, according to research findings and conclusions, the study offer suggestions. |
