目前醫病信任不足，雙方均常有把互動過程攝錄存證以備不時之需的念頭。但如事先挑明，容或尷尬。若私下密錄，又擔心觸法。究竟法律如何規範未經他方同意而攝錄醫護過程的行為？筆者盼以虛擬案例，簡介釋疑。

Due to the distrust between patients and medical personnel, each of them would like to record the video of interactions. Informing at first may cause embarrassment, but recording without permission may break laws. How does the recording of interactions between patients and medical personnel without permission standardize? The author would like to introduce it with an invented case.
