In order to analyze the recent studies and trends on the topic of “teacher professional learning community” in Taiwan, this study takes theses and dissertation published for the main research objectives. The study uses content analysis method to do the research. Firstly, the author discusses the meanings of “teacher professional learning community” for the base of analysis. Secondly, the author collects 126 theses and dissertations in order to analyze in the perspective of research periods, topics, result, organizational level, and methods. There are five findings in this study:1. Teacher professional learning community topics become more and more stable growth in research these years;2. Although the research topics include seven dimensions but focus on some variables;3. The findings include quantitative and qualitative results;4. The organizational level focuses on primary school, other levels are less;5. The research methods are qualitative more than quantitative, quantitative research methods focus on survey. |
