在台灣高等教機關中的日語商務教育,主要是以培育商務日語相關之五技能為主。但是跨文化交流引起的各種工作場面上的衝突卻沒有太多的關注。因此,本文將於日語寫作課程中導入Kondo和Kim(2010)倡導的“案例學習'',即使用在現實社會中實際發生的案例藉由課程活動讓學習者去發現各方之間的衝突問題並讓學習者去提出對應的方案。在此論文,將分析學習者撰寫的報告,以便理解學習者如何藉由同儕討論進而從不同觀點去解釋跨文化之衝突,並進一步探討“案例學習''導入日語教學的可能性。 In the Japanese language education field of higher education in Taiwan, it is important to train five language skills and business Japanese skills that emphasize form.
