台灣日語學系之校外實習—從課程規劃的觀點—（The status of internship in the Department of Japanese in Taiwan: From the point of curriculum）

台湾の日本語学科におけるインターンシップについて―カリキュラムから考える─

本研究將概觀現今台灣高等教育日語學系執行校外實習的現狀，並依據現今狀況，探究其問題點並針對未來發展動向作建言。調查結果顯示，全國38所日語系中將實習科目列為正式課程的共有28校，主要偏向在選修科目。實施年級以四年級為最多，實施時期集中於寒暑假。現在日語系執行校外實習有「實習制度的制訂及合理的薪資報酬」、「實施時間」、「實習場所及日語能力程度的規定」、「實習前教育規劃」及「符合教育內容之實習企業數的擴大」等課題。而今後日語系校外實習重點，並非僅是增加實習學生的數量，而是將重點放在預防大學‧學生與企業間的落差，並確立行政、教學上的配套措施才能提高實習效果。
The study will provide an overview of the status of the internship of the Japanese Department in Taiwan Higher Education. And based on the current situation. to explore its problems and suggest for future development direction. The survey results show thatthere are 28 schools that have“internships'' as regular courses and it is mainly biased toward elective subjects. Now, there are some topics in internship such as“To establish the rule of internship and reasonable remuneration''、''internship time''、''internship company and Japanese language proficiency''、''design of advance education and Expansion of accepting companies commensurate with educational content'' In the future, the focus of internship in the Japanese Department is not just to increase the number of internship students, but to focus on prevention the gap of between university students to enterprises,

本稿では台湾の高等教育の日本語學科におけるインターンシップの実行現狀を概観し、またその実施現狀を踏まえ、どんな問題が內蔵されるかといった点に関しても探究することにより、これからの方向を提言したい。調查の結果では38 ヶ所の日本語學科において、そのカリキュラムに「インターンシップ」を正規科目として設けている學校は合わせて28 校あり、主に選択科目に偏っている。実施學年が四年生のほうが多く、実施時期は休業中の夏休みか冬休みに集中する傾向である。現在、日本語學科のインターンシップの課題としては「インターンシップのルールの設定と合理的な報酬」、「実施期間」、「インターンシップの場と日本語レベルの規定」、「事前教育の取り組み」、「教育內容に見合う受け入れ企業の拡大」などが取り上げられた。今後の日本語學科のインターンシップは単に量的な拡大を目指すより、その前に、大學‧學生と企業のミスマッチを防ぎ、インターンシップ効果を図るための行政、教學の取り組みの確立に重きを置くべきだと思われる。
