新竹縣一所全人教育為核心理念的實驗學校分析與啟示

Analysis and Enlightenment of an Experimental School in Hsinchu County with Holistic Education as the Educational Philosophy

台灣教改一大訴求，乃是以升學主義導向的國、高中教育回歸教育本質，以人為本，以學生需求為考量。教改二十年下來，「適性揚才」依然不敵「分數至上」的社會價值。本文以幸福國中為例，透過文獻分析與訪談，探究以全人教育為核心理念的實驗學校發展之關鍵因素，以及實施全人教育對教師教學與學生學習之影響，並提出全人教育對現行國中教育之啟示，以供教育現場之參考。

One of the major demands of Taiwan's education reform has been to return to the essence of education, such as student-centered education and considering the needs of students. However, over the past 20 years, education in junior high school and senior high school still focus on the Entrance Examination and ignore the students' talent development. This study takes Happiness Experimental Junior High School as an example to explore the school development and implementation effect of holistic education, and the enlightenment to other junior high schools.
