This article explores the literature on entrepreneurial core competencies and the benefits of entrepreneurship education, and then introduces the development background of The Entrepreneurial School Awards (TESA) ,and the school's award criteria, including guidelines, key areas of operation, and evaluation framework. The selection targets include primary schools and secondary education schools. There are five ''winning criteria'': 1. Entrepreneurship education activities include most of the teachers and the students 2. The school has a vision and a plan for entrepreneurship education 3. There are specific recourses allocated to entrepreneurship education 4. The school has actively supported teachers' continuing professional development and training within entrepreneurship education 5. How the school includes the local community and business sector in the activities In the evaluation framework, the first layer of bread contains: 1. The vision of enterprise education in terms of concept and communication 2. Conducting an enterprise education audit 3. Planning and managing enterprise education 4. Delivering an enterprise education curriculum 5. Assessing and evaluating enterprise education, and evaluation. There are ten indicators in the second layer, which mainly cover ''school entrepreneurship education policy'', ''future vision development, and student rights'', ''systematic review of entrepreneurship education activities'', ''entrepreneurship education team'', ''specific resources of encouragement and support for entrepreneurship education activities'', ''focus on ethical and ethical issues in entrepreneurship education activities '', ''regular records, evaluations and reviews of student entrepreneurship learning'', ''entrepreneurship education activities in schools can be evaluated and the results of evaluations are publicly available''. Finally, review the content and characteristics of the award evaluation system, develop a ''recognition mechanism for the evaluation of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education'' suitable for Taiwan, cultivate students' core competence in entrepreneurship, and promote the effective operation of Taiwan's entrepreneurship education policy. |
