本研究目的主要為比較慢跑鞋不同外底之緩衝物理特性,利使用兩款不同鞋底設計的運動鞋作為實驗材料。方法:本研究受試者為12名健康男性大專生,以赤足、穿著NIKE FREE+3(FREE)與NIKE LUNAR ECLIPSE+2(LUNAR)運動鞋共三種情況,進行各30次自由速度慢跑測驗,以腳跟著地方式慢跑且右腳必頇接觸測力板;實驗結果以SPSS18.0統計軟體進行單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)。結果:分析結果顯示各組間的最大負荷率皆達到顯著差異(p<.000),再以多重比較考驗各組最大負荷率,顯示各組間皆達到顯著差異(p<.05),又以LUNAR鞋底的最大負荷率為最小。結論:不同結構設計的運動鞋會影響的衝擊力的作用時間,依據本研究結果推論,LUNAR的鞋底設計比FREE的鞋底有較佳的緩衝程度。
The aim of the study was to examine the degree of shock absorption, using two different outsoles-designed of running shoes. Methods: Twelve healthy male college students were required to conduct 3 tests, each for 30 times, with barefoot, wearing NIKE FREE +3 (FREE) and NIKE LUNAR ECLIPSE +2 (LUNAR) shoes. Using the free running speed, and the right foot must touch the force plate. The data are analyzed by one-way ANOVA test with SPSS 18.0 statistical software. Results: The maximum loading rate among the groups shows significant difference (p<.000). Besides, multiple comparison test of the maximum loading rate also displays significant differences among the three (p<.05), especially for LUNAR’s maximum loading rate, which is the smallest. Conclusion: The loading rate of impact will be affected by different structure and material of shoe. The results of this study showed that LUNAR’s outsole possesses better shock absorption than FREE’s. |
