本研究目的建置具備安全移載及簡易搭載人體之功能電動手推車,使其兼具推車及電動輪椅之功能。本研究自行設計連桿機構,並進行動態模擬及應力分析,設計出符合其攀階功能之機構,並且設計簡易拆卸輪椅模組化,以及增加補助爬坡動力系統,最後進行負載測試。本研究所發展之安全移載輔具,其機具可以符合爬昇降坡、爬昇降階梯,應用於不同環境的搬運移載工作,確保職場勞工安全。同時也能兼具有搭載人體之功能,能廣泛應用於職場、家居、或公共區域,為職場勞動者或行動不便人士,提供簡易行動輔具,克服勞動空間的不友善,對於現有產品創造更多更大的附加價值。
英文摘要
The main purpose of this research is to develop a new electrical trolley which possesses carrying capability of heavy loads and human body. The development of such novel product hold multifunction and modularize design. By using computer-aided-design software to set up 3D system model, the structure analysis and dynamic simulation have been demonstrated in this study. The system integration has been conducted by mechanism, electrical circuit, sensor and actuator. Thus,the operation performances have been verified in experimentation. Consequently, the development ofnew generation material handling-aided-machine will own multi-function and modularize design. The proposed novel device will own slope/stair climbing and descending. Moreover, it also owns carrying capability of heavy loads and human body. It also exhibits auto sensing function and multi safety prevention devices. It results in an intelligent handling-aided-machine of this product. Hopefully, the proposed novel device investigated in this research owns the potential to be developed into commercial products. It not only provides useful machine for material handling, but also can promote assistive devices market in Taiwan.
