安置輔導工作者訓練與督導現況初探

Social workers employed in residential group care facilities: A training and supervision assessment

機構安置並非少年福利領域的新興議題，但是10年前少年事件處理法的修法，讓少年司法領域開始涉入機構安置的運作，過去這幾年陸續有針對制度面、法律規定、整體安置機構現況或是安置機構內少年生活適應等研究出爐，但是卻甚少有研究論及安置機構工作者本身專業訓練與督導運作的現況與可能危機。本文辦理兩場次焦點團體，蒐集六家負責執行觸法少年安置輔導的機構工作人員意見，聆聽這群工作者對目前專業訓練及督導運作的聲音。本文指出，工作者所需要的非僅是孩子生活適應、危機管理或是返家準備與轉銜機制等訓練，對工作者本身的壓力調適與情緒管理也是重要的訓練與督導方向。此外，工作者對於少年法庭有著相當的期待，走動式團隊督導群是筆者期待樂見的因應策略。

This article describes the results of an assessment of the residential group care treatment training needs of social workers working in residential group care facilities in Taiwan: This assessment also revealed that clinical supervision related to residential group care treatment had not been available to a significant percentage. Due to limited previous training experience and considerable barriers to current training, social workers surveyed in this study reported significantly needs of knowledge and skill. Despite these needs of knowledge and skill, respondents reported considerable need for and interest in additional treatment training. This study identified the areas of assessment and advanced clinical techniques for future training. Conclusion was made with recommendations to improve partnerships between social workers and juvenile probation officers.
