The Study on Schools Beginning Teacher's Orientation Training

本研究旨在探討學校初任教師導入訓練之目的、內容、功能、方法、規劃原則和評估。本研究透過文獻分析的方式，針對上述目的研究，獲得與研究主題相關的結論，並提供若干建議，以供主管行政機關和學校，及相關人員參考。

The purpose of this research is to study purpose, content, function, methods, planning principles and evaluation of schools beginning teach¬er's orientation training. The study explored with the process of literature analysis. This study was accomplished and presented conclusion and sug¬gestion for personnel ofschools, government level and related organiza¬tion.
