This research intends to explore the relationship between compre¬hensive teacher leadership and positive teacher culture. Firstly, the con¬cept of comprehensive teacher leadership and positive teacher culture was clarified. Secondly, explore the relationship between comprehensive teacher leadership and positive teacher culture at the elementary schools in Miaoli County, including the impact of their different backgrounds on this relationship. Explore the relationship between elementary comprehensive teach¬er leadership and positive teacher culture discuss the significantly predic¬tion between elementary comprehensive teacher leadership and positive teacher culture; provide results of this research to educational authori¬ties, school administrators, school teachers, and future researcher for their reference.As stratified samples, 669 elementary school teachers in Miaoli County were randomly selected. Each was given a uniform ques¬tionnaire. As a result, 600 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The valid retrieval rate amounts to 89.6%. The data analyzed by mean, standard de¬viation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression. Finally, based on the result of this research, suggestions are provided for educational authorities, school administrators, school teachers, and future researchers for their reference. |
