The rapid changes in the environment of school education, we need continuous innovation and reform of teaching strategies. Therefore, school ICT(Information and Communication) Technology use has been proved to be the most important strategies for student learning achievement. This study aims at the understanding of the current practice of the school ICT use and student learning achievement and their relationships in the elementary schools. This study used questionnaires to study, three findings are proposed: (1) the overall current conditions are good; (2) school ICT use has highly positive correlation with student learning achievement; and (3) school ICT use is indeed helpful to student learning achievement. |
