By adopting the unstructured interviews and document analysis,the research exerted the framework for understanding leadership and orgaanizational culture. The findings of the research were mentioned as the followings. (1) The founder’s philosophy and leadership style had deep impact at the beginning . (2) A leader created a quality culture in campusbased harmony. (3) Student-based, school identification, and marketing strategy were viable ways to shape culture. (4) The organizational culture of school was established by leader’s basic assumption. (5) The leader shaped high-quality school culture by insisting principle and teamwork. |
