Servant leadership plays a crucial role in schools by fostering the de¬velopment of potential colleagues and promoting excellent administrative management. This study emphasizes that leaders should focus on serving the school community, establishing values such as active participation in management, mutual care and support, willingness to serve and treat others well, cross-domain collaborative innovation, and a positive work attitude. These values contribute to overall school development and the realization of educational missions. We designed the“Servant Leadership Self-Assessment”survey questionnaire and targeted school administra¬tors in Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, and Yilan District. This study con¬ducted item analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. The result show that the questionnaire comprises a total of 17 items in three dimensions, encompassing:“Spirit of Serving Others”,“Organizational Identity”,“Leadership Philosophy”, and the reli¬ability Cronbach’sαis .831~.892, indicating good reliability. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that there were three constructs, and the cumulative explained variation reached 65.09%, indicating good con¬struct validity. Several suggestions were proposed for future use of the“Servant Leadership Self-Assessment”questionnaire in self-assessment, practical application, and research reference for managerial servant lead¬ership behavior in other domestic organizations. |
