This study aimed to investigate school administrative service quality among teachers with different background variables. The self-developed "questionnaire on school administrative service quality among junior high schools in Hualien County" was used in the survey. The survey results were analyzed on SPSS for Windows 12.0 using mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe multiple comparison correlation methods. The main findings are as follows: 1. The surveyed junior high school teachers perceived an intermediate level of administrative service quality in their schools. 2. Partial significant differences were observed among teachers with different background variables in terms of their perception of school administrative service quality. Based on the above results, some suggestions were also proposed as a reference for education administrations, junior high schools, and future researchers. |
