Net zero is a core component of sustainable healthcare. This hospital adopted institutional governance combined with behavioral interventions to establish cross-departmental collaboration and a closed-loop data feedback system. Employee engagement through training and health promotion facilitated the integration of low-carbon practices into daily operations. Following ISO 14064-1:2018, a 2023 baseline inventory quantified emissions across Categories 1–4 within the hospital and affiliated parking facilities, identifying hotspots. Total emissions were 3,095,463 kg CO2e, with daily per capita emissions of 7.32 kg; Category 2 accounted for 72%. Interventions included energy and water conservation, waste recycling, and digitalization, with green management and material reduction applied to high-energy processes such as hemodialysis. Community education promoted low-carbon transport and dietary choices. By 2024, daily per capita emissions decreased by 7.65%. Key outcomes included a 9%reduction in electricity consumption, a 19% decrease in water usage, a biomedical waste recycling rate of 27.72%, and a reduction in paper usage of over 190,000 sheets, progressively shaping a resilient and sustainable healthcare service model.
