Purpose: This study aimed to examine the predominant attacking patterns, scoring methods, offensive techniques, and overall technical performance of medalists in the Men’s K44–58 kg division at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games. Methods: Match performances were recorded using a video-based observational system, and the collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and percentage frequency distributions. Results: A total of 1,370 attacks were recorded from the four medalists, comprising 842 proactive attacks and 528 reactive attacks; 813 left-leg attacks and 557 right-leg attacks; 925 front-leg attacks and 445 back-leg attacks. Technical analysis showed that the gold medalist, Asaf Yasur (ISR), primarily employed proactive right front-leg consecutive roundhouse kicks, alternating between single and combination strikes targeting both front and back. The silver medalist, Ali Can Ozcan (TUR), relied on proactive left back-leg roundhouse kicks combined with step-in advances and close-range attacks, with scoring concentrated on the front. The bronze medalist, Hsiao Hsiang-Wen (TPE), focused on proactive left front-leg consecutive roundhouse kicks, with attacks directed mainly at the front. The other bronze medalist, Sabir Zeynalov (AZE), favored reactive left front-leg attacks, effectively integrating spinning and aerial step-switching techniques, with an emphasis on back-side targeting. Conclusion: The technical trends observed in this competition demonstrated a diverse range of strategies. Proactive attacks were dominated by front-leg roundhouse kicks, with consecutive roundhouse kicks serving as the core technique. These were complemented by variations such as step-in advances, close-range attacks, spinning maneuvers, and aerial step-switching. While front-side targeting remained the primary scoring focus, some athletes extended their strategies to the back side, thereby achieving dual-direction scoring opportunities.
