Following the outbreak of the #MeToo movement in Taiwan in 2023, a group of faculty and students from the field of communication studies initiated the No Silence petition and produced a four-episode podcast series as an audio journalism project. This article is based on the perspectives of the two producers of No Silence Episode 03, reflecting on the process and practice of this audio journalism initiative. It focuses on the conceptual decisions and shifts in planning Episode 03, the ethical challenges of collaborating with a contributor who is a survivor, and the exploration of possibilities in narrative techniques through voice acting and sound design. This documentary-style writing highlights the producers’ self-awareness regarding their positionality and their ongoing self-inquiry, as well as methodological reflections throughout the production process. Additionally, it incorporates insights from the main producers of Episodes 00 to 02, aiming to provide a more nuanced discussion on the potential of media intervention in the #MeToo discourse.
