本研究主要以認知語言學的理論為基礎，融合日本語學的觀點，探討日語｢ばかり｣的用法。從動詞的「はかる」中心語意，經語法化後成為副助詞｢ばかり｣，在語法範疇及語意上也都產生了變化。語意上由動詞的中心語意「測量」發展至｢ばかり｣表現出「限定」「大約的程度」「原因・理由」等多種語意，藉此觀察「ばかり」的整體語意變化過程。並由語法化的觀點，探討「ばかり」的語意擴張的轉變過程。整體而言，藉由語意結合形式並透過語言使用者的認知過程，將「ばかり」的語意與相關性作出有系統的詳細分析。

This study is based on cognitive linguistics and Japanese linguistics to explore the usage of “bakari.” By integrating grammaticalization, it examines the semantic expansion of “hakaru” and the boundaries of “bakari”’s semantic shift. Through this specific approach, the overall transformation process of “bakari” is observed. Furthermore, this research also explores the shift in semantic expansion from the perspective of grammaticalization. Overall, by analyzing semantic associations and cognitive processes, this study provides a detail systematic analysis of “bakari”’s meaning and relevance.
