本文分享與探討彰基藥學部如何透過多元策略推動病人安全文化，包括設計新進藥師、實習生與在職藥師的系統性教育訓練、流程與設備資訊化以優化工作環境，以及促進藥師間正向互動與回饋機制，藉此提升工作士氣與團隊復原力。

2024年病安文化調查八大構面顯示，本部門表現優於同儕醫學中心，希望藉由經驗分享能提供其他醫療機構參考借鑑，共同成長。

 

This article explores how the Pharmacy Department of Changhua Christian Hospital promotes a patient safety culture through a multistrategic approach. The key initiatives include designing systematic training programs, digitalizing processes and equipment to optimize the work environment, and fostering positive interactions and feedback mechanisms among pharmacists to increaseemployee morale and team resilience.

In apatient safety culture survey conducted in 2023, we discovered that our department had a higher percentage of positive responses compared withothermedical centers. By sharing our experiences, we seekto provide valuable insights for other healthcare institutions to foster mutual quality improvement.
