黨內法規學教材的“三個面向” ——從劉練軍教授《黨內法規學講義》說起

黨內法規學科建設催生了一系列黨內法規學教材，劉練軍教授獨著的《黨內法規學講義》即為其中之一。隨著黨內法規學教材的日漸增多，教材建設同樣需要進行“供給側結構性改革”，思考“我們需要怎樣的黨內法規學教材”。優良的黨內法規學教材應面向教學活動，經受過教學活動的檢驗，作者也要有豐富的教學經驗。同時，因黨內法規學乃是一門新興學科，諸多理論問題尚未達成共識，故優良的黨內法規學教材還應面向學術爭鳴，特別是以研究生為受眾的專著型教材。再者，優良的黨內法規學教材應面向工作實踐，兼顧黨內法規基礎理論和黨內法規實施現狀，而非單純的“操作手冊”或“工作指南”。

At the same time, intra-party regulations is a new subject, many theoretical issues have not yet reached a consensus, so good intra-party regulations textbooks should face academic contention, especially the specialized textbooks targeted at postgraduates. Furthermore, good intra-party regulations textbooks should consider working practice, the basic theory of intra-party regulations, and the current situation of intra-party regulations implementation, instead of becoming a simple "operation manual" or "work guide".
