This study examines the influencing factors and their correlations in the promotion of health building in metropolitan communities from the perspectives of community capital, community building, and community sustainable development. There are four research results: 1. Understanding and respecting the real needs and feelings of community residents can strengthen the relationship between residents and the community. 2. The cultivation of important leaders in the community has a key influence on the social capital of the community and the construction and development of the community. 3. The more investment in community building and community development, the better its performance in the sustainable development of the community as a whole. 4. Developing community social capital, enhancing the community interaction ecosystem, and establishing partnerships and inclusive relationships are important fundamentals of sustainable development for the establishment of the overall community network.
