Ordinary people investing in real estate may often find themselves in a legal predicament. It takes professional knowledge in the development and management of real estate plus large amount of operating capital, and based on such, profit sharing can be realized in real estate investment. A business development transaction model in the future with a trustee carefully selected as an investment platform equipped with knowledgeable and credible professionals may allow investors to commit small amounts of money in large-scale real estate investment projects and earn financial returns through real estate fragmentation in which the overall rights are to be distributed based on integration and analysis by the platform operator. In the context of incessant changes and improvements of science and technology, virtual currency, in particular, though yet recognized as legal currency by most countries, has gradually become a transaction medium accepted by many businesses, setting a trend in the financial market not to be underestimated. How to specify relevant rights in laws, the feasibility of entrusting fragmented real estate, and protection of such new types of transaction will become new important research topics in the future. |
