職場霸凌問題之理論與實務探討

A Study on the Theories and Practical Issues of Workplace Bullying

近年來，職場霸凌之問題在各國日益受到重視，在我國亦不例外。職場霸凌不僅對受害人個人造成身心創傷，對職場安全亦會產生許多負面影響。本文從職場霸凌的理論出發，並介紹韓國、日本與紐西蘭的相關防治法制，之後再針對我國相關法規範與個案進行探討，最後針對建立我國職場霸凌防治法制提出具體建議。

In recent years, the issue of workplace bullying has received increasing attention in various countries, and Taiwan is no exception. Workplace bullying not only causes physical and psychological trauma to the victim, but also has many negative effects on workplace safety. This article starts from the theories of workplace bullying, and introduces the relevant laws and mechanisms in South Korea, Japan and New Zealand, then discusses relevant laws and cases in Taiwan, and finally suggestions for the establishment of legal mechanism to prevent and regulate workplace bullying in Taiwan are provided.
