In recent years, the issue of workplace bullying has received increasing attention in various countries, and Taiwan is no exception. Workplace bullying not only causes physical and psychological trauma to the victim, but also has many negative effects on workplace safety. This article starts from the theories of workplace bullying, and introduces the relevant laws and mechanisms in South Korea, Japan and New Zealand, then discusses relevant laws and cases in Taiwan, and finally suggestions for the establishment of legal mechanism to prevent and regulate workplace bullying in Taiwan are provided. |
