The technology of the casting industry has been handed down for more than 5,000 years, such as weapons, cups, tripods then to nowadays use for the current industrial applications, the metal casting process requires refractory materials to isolate the metal melt in the casting mold, so this research is aimed at discussing the high siliceous sand and high alumina sand in fire-resistant materials, this cast sand It can be changed from single-use to multiple recycling, so as to achieve a circular economy of "sustainable resource recovery and recycling". It was using a case study methodology in the study to explore the establishment of a viable business model under the circular economy of the only company in Taiwan that manufactures diverse recycled sand. In this study, the best strategy was formulated by analyzing the case industry environment (PEST analysis, five force analysis) and analyzing the case environment (SWOT analysis, Ansoff matrix). In addition, the business model diagram is applied to explore the circular economy business model of the case company, and the feasibility of the business model is examined by indicators such as business ability, profitability, and growth ability, which is hereby used to support the development of the company A circular economy coexists. |
