社群媒體融入合作學習對學生知識分享行為之影響：公平理論與基礎人際關係理論之觀點

A Study for Influence of Knowledge Sharing with Social Media in Cooperative Learning: Equity Theory and FIRO Perspective

數位工具應用於教育場域已成為現今的趨勢。本研究應用社群媒體工具於合作學習，探討學生在團隊中感受到的公平性、認同與基礎人際關係導向，對知識分享意願與學習成效的影響。本研究針對大學生進行四個學期的資料蒐集，回收有效問卷共531份，採用單因子變異數、獨立樣本 t 檢定、結構方程模型、中介效果分析、多群組比較分析等統計分析工具，驗證研究假設，結果發現：一、公平性對認同與基礎人際關係導向有顯著影響；二、認同與基礎人際關係導向對知識分享有顯著影響；三、知識分享對學習成效有顯著影響；四、認同與基礎人際關係導向在公平性與知識分享關係中，具有完全中介效果；五、網路社群可提高學生的程序公平、歸屬感及知識分享意願；六、網路社群的建置會影響知識分享的影響路徑。

Applying various digital tools for education purpose becomes the current trend. This study explores the impact of the application of social media tools in cooperative learning and the influence of fairness, commitment, and interpersonal relations on the willingness to share knowledge and learning effectiveness. This study adopts ANOVA, independent sample t test, SEM, mediating effect analysis and multiple-group analysis to demonstrate hypotheses and finds that: (1) Justice have positive significantly impact on commitment and interpersonal relations; (2) Commitment and interpersonal relations have positive significantly impact on knowledge sharing; (3) Knowledge sharing has positive significantly on learning effectiveness; (4) Commitment and interpersonal relations have mediating effect on the relationship between justice and knowledge effectiveness; (5) Social media improves students’ procedural justice, belonging and knowledge sharing in cooperative learning; (6) Social media impacts the influence path of knowledge sharing.
