Applying various digital tools for education purpose becomes the current trend. This study explores the impact of the application of social media tools in cooperative learning and the influence of fairness, commitment, and interpersonal relations on the willingness to share knowledge and learning effectiveness. This study adopts ANOVA, independent sample t test, SEM, mediating effect analysis and multiple-group analysis to demonstrate hypotheses and finds that: (1) Justice have positive significantly impact on commitment and interpersonal relations; (2) Commitment and interpersonal relations have positive significantly impact on knowledge sharing; (3) Knowledge sharing has positive significantly on learning effectiveness; (4) Commitment and interpersonal relations have mediating effect on the relationship between justice and knowledge effectiveness; (5) Social media improves students’ procedural justice, belonging and knowledge sharing in cooperative learning; (6) Social media impacts the influence path of knowledge sharing. |
