This study develops an action-type audio and video learning system to support classroom teaching and learning activities. With the increase in network bandwidth, live broadcast and video-on-demand are becoming increasingly popular services. The system can immediately broadcast the facial expression of participants and the content of script for distance learning. It integrates various video and audio devices and make output screen simultaneously present more than two video frames and mixed audio. The live broadcast and the video-on-demand are both provided within this system and let viewers watch high-quality films for student's self-learning at any time and anywhere. Therefore, the discussions and illustrations of teacher and students can be perfectly displayed to the viewers who are not able to participate in this class. In conclusion, the applications in learning with the system achieve excellent outcomes. |
