This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-esteem, self-identity, and career maturity in deaf high school students. A questionnaire survey was conducted using the Self-Identity Scale, Career Maturity Scale, and Self-Esteem Scale among 101 deaf high school students from four special schools in Guangdong Province. The results of the study revealed that self-esteem in deaf high school students directly predicted career maturity and also has an indirect predictive effect through self-identity. Additionally, self-identity in deaf high school students mediated the relationship between self-esteem and career maturity. |
