AI時代Z世代護理學生學習特性與教學策略之探討

An Exploration of the Learning Characteristics and Teaching Strategies of Generation Z Nursing Students in the AI Era

臺灣已於2025年邁入超高齡社會，面對人口老化、長照3.0全面實施與智慧健康科技導入醫療的健康衛生政策的趨勢下，健康照護體系正面臨結構性轉型。人工智慧應用於臨床決策支援、健康監控、照護流程優化與教育訓練等領域，不僅提升照護效率，更為護理專業的發展開啟新契機。護理人員是醫療照護的核心力量，人文關懷應優先於智慧技術，以確保照護品質與維護病人尊嚴。醫療機構與護理領導者有責任營造支持性的專業環境，鼓勵人工智慧的應用，同時堅守以病人為中心的照護原則，積極回應時代變革。
當前護理學生多屬Z世代，在科技使用、資訊處理與學習回饋需求上與前一世代呈現明顯差異，如何兼顧學習者的世代特性、產業需求與人文關懷素養的培育，實為護理教育亟待正視的核心課題。本文從人工智慧在護理領域的發展與應用、人工智慧時代護理人員須具備的核心能力、Z世代護理學生的學習特性與教學策略，及護理課程融入人工智慧素養的整體規劃作為說明，主張護理教育應培育兼具AI素養、臨床決策、跨專業協作、倫理判斷與人本照護能力的護理人才，以回應人工智慧時代與高齡社會雙重轉型下的專業需求。

Taiwan officially entered a super-aged society in 2025. Driven by population aging, the full implementation of Long-Term Care 3.0, and the integration of smart health technologies into healthcare, the healthcare system is undergoing a structural transformation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been widely applied in areas such as clinical decision support, health monitoring, care process optimization, and professional education. These applications have not only enhanced healthcare efficiency but have also created new opportunities for the advancement of the nursing profession. As nurses constitute the core workforce of healthcare services, humanistic caring must remain central, even as AI-driven technologies are integrated, to ensure quality of care and preserve patient dignity. Healthcare institutions and nursing leaders therefore bear the responsibility of establishing supportive professional environments, encouraging the appropriate adoption of AI technologies, upholding patient-centered care principles, and actively responding to contemporary healthcare transformations. Current nursing students predominantly belong to Generation Z, whose patterns of technology use, information processing, and learning feedback expectations differ significantly from those of previous generations. Consequently, balancing generational learning characteristics, industry demands, and the development of humanistic caring competencies has become a critical issue that nursing education must systematically address. This paper examines the development and application of AI in nursing, the core competencies required of nurses in the AI era, the learning characteristics and instructional strategies of Generation Z nursing students, and the overall integration of AI literacy into nursing curricula. It further argues that nursing education should cultivate professionals equipped with AI literacy, clinical decision-making abilities, interprofessional collaboration skills, ethical judgment, and human-centered caring competencies to meet the professional demands arising from the concurrent transformations brought about by the AI era and the transition to an aged society.
