This study, situated within the context of health and social care practice, aims to explore how a team-teaching intervention can support the development of students’competence in network collaboration. The intervention was implemented in a senior-level Social Work Management course in the Department of Social Work at a university in Taiwan. The study adopted a team-teaching model involving six health care organizations, through which students engaged in participatory observation, conducted interviews with professionals, and completed collaborative group-based projects. The findings indicate that immersive learning in real-world care settings enables students to develop multiple network collaboration competencies, including understanding the operational logic of service networks, developing relational competence for organizational partnerships, and building role awareness within interprofessional teams. |
