本文旨在啟發特教工作者重新看見家長參與孩子教育的阻礙因素與促進因素，為家長賦權增能和親師合作增添具體意義。文章開頭引述學者觀察強調家長參與是臺灣當前特殊教育政策的特色之一，隨後提出省思：「當家長參與權越發被重視並賦予保障時，有哪些支持策略可以協助家長發展正向參與教育的知識、技能和意願？」透過新設計之IEP知能講座，除了特殊教育知能，家長亦能在溝通技巧和心理預備上有所收穫。文章結尾提出國內賦能特殊兒童家長的啟發與參考做法。

This article aims to assist special education teachers and administrators in re-evaluating the barriers and facilitators that impact parental involvement in special education. Although the Special Education Act in Taiwan ensures parental participation, there still exists a pressing need for effective support strategies that equip parents to engage meaningfully. This article presents a lesson plan for an IEP workshop, grounded in a psychological empowerment framework, and offers practical approaches to empower parents and strengthen parent-teacher partnerships.
