Possessing nearly thirty years of practical experience in the field of marketing communications, Lu Jen-Jui has established himself as a pioneer in successfully leading corporate digital transformation amidst a shifting industry landscape, driven by his passion for advertising and forward-looking vision regarding technology. Following his university graduation, Lu chose to immediately immerse himself in the advertising industry to accumulate experience. He subsequently pursued advanced studies in information technology abroad, thereby gradually cultivating a professional approach that integrates marketing expertise with digital technology. In the face of a rapidly changing market environment, Lu leads his team with a ''humancentric'' philosophy and a clear, pragmatic leadership style. Furthermore, he has incorporated Design Thinking and AI collaborative methodologies into organizational processes, ensuring that strategies—from planning to execution—are conducted within a systematic logic, thereby breaking new ground in the field of marketing communications.
