This paper focuses on classical and modern Taiwan literature written in the variation of sea. First, this paper investigates that during the Japanese occupation in the old literature is representative of the Kuroshio(“black tide")as the Object. If the classical (old) literature Kuroshio is a product of the feudal system, the modern(new)literature Kuroshio is quite close to the pulse of a new times──Kuroshio (“black tide") writing is marked a new times of the scenery of this island: from the face of the Small Sea ──turn to face the Pacific face the world, in terms of the new intellectuals on this island that along the Kuroshio currents, have been able to flow to the center of the new colonial mother country and the new system into the world; and that Kuroshio (“black tide") of writing, the first flow to the high latitudes of Japan (downstream), and then reverse back to the low-latitude South Pacific (upstream), and the time of the dividing line related to Colonization Movement(Kominka Movement)and the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere.
