By examining and analysing systematically 118 sentences with “Gei'' expressing grant, which stem from the recorded and depicted oral segments, the article categorizes sentences expressing grant as 10 types, and expounds them from the perspectives of grammar, semantics and information distribution, thus demonstrates the conditions of expressing grant.
