As the most prominent figure in the development process of historiography, Fu Si Nian has his distinguished influence on modern academic atmosphere and the conversion of research. Despite the many scholars studying Fu Si Nian’s research related to historiography, his academic interpretation on The Book of Songs is still left to be discovered. Centered on The Book of the Song, by categorizing Fu SiN ian’s related discourses this essay aims at analyzing the following three probes: Fu SiN ian’s perspectives of The Book of Songs at the early stage and how they convert, his preliminary perspectives of The Book of Songs as well as his approaches of it, and the aspects of his historiographic materials applied in The Book of Songs. In attempt to practically discuss the how his aspects of historical materials stand as an essential role in the study of The Book of the Songs, this essay tends to confirm that his purpose of studying The Book of the Songs is to attain the historiography of it. |
