論子產「鑄刑書」

Confer by Tsu-Chan ''Casts the Punishment Book''

歷來諸家對子產「鑄刑書」一事，認為係一成文法的公佈，惟刑書早已亡佚，故各家對其實質內容便極少論述。本文擬透過子產的三項政治改革：一、都鄙有章、上下有服；田有封洫丶廬井有伍；二、作丘賦；三、鑄刑書，以見子產施政之一貫性，並探討子產鑄刑書的實質內容。

Long time ago, most experts think that Tsu-Chan (子產) ''casts the punishment book'' (鑄刑書) is a written law announcement, but the punishment book is already lost, therefore fewer researches and discussions are about ''casts the punishment book''''. The study attempts three political reforms: First, the city and the village have the dividing line. The dress is different between a senior and a junior official in feudal China (都鄙有章、上下有服) . The drainage system is developed in the land. The male is responsibility to protest his homeland (田有封洫丶廬井有伍) . Second, making the tax is form the profit (作丘賦) . Finally, casts the punishment book is law rule. According to these statements, it is apparent the policy is performed step by step. Base on the study, we can easily know that the detail content.
