邊緣型人格違常——客體關係精神動力觀

Borderline Personality Disorders - On the Object Relation Psychodynamic Perspectives

本文乃以客體關係理論對邊緣型人格違常之心理診斷、幼兒客體關係發展過程、人格障礙之動力成因、以及其所慣用之原始性心理防衛機轉等做一重點式的說明與探討，並提出本土個案的治療情形，期盼能提供給從事臨床精神醫療，心理治療以及心理輔導之工作者，在輔導或治療此類人格違常之個案時的參考，使其更能從精神動力的角度來瞭解及協助他們。

The author uses some important object relation theories to explore psychological diagnosis, developmental pathogenesis and the primitive defense of borderline personality disorders briefly. Case illustrations are made and some cultural inplications are discussed. This will hopefully add to the references of psychodynamic and pathogenesis for clinical workers in psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy and counseling in dealing with clients suffering from this type of personality disorder.
