大學生愛情關係分手歷程之研究

本研究欲瞭解大學生愛情關係中的分手歷程，並以發生衝突到分手後這段時間中的「關係變化」與「個人心理歷程」為研究架構，以瞭解個體如何經驗與處理分手事件所帶來的衝突與矛盾。主要採個別深度訪談的方法進行，研究對象為8位大學期間有戀愛分手經驗且願意分享其經過之大學生，其中男女各半，年齡從20歲到25歲不等，大學生6名，碩士生2名，所回憶的分手經歷皆發生在大學階段。研究結果為：(1)分手歷程大致可分成「關係衝突－從衝突開始到知覺會分手」、「關係拉扯－分手中的矛盾」、「自我沈浮－分手後的消沈」、「起飛－展開新生活到現在」等四階段；(2)分手的關係改變歷程也是個人自我感受的改變歷程；(3)自我沈浮的低潮階段是起飛階段的基礎；(4)主動提分手與被動分手者在此歷程中均面臨自我定位問題。最後針對以上研究結果進行討論，並提出對實務工作者的建議。

The purposes of this study was to explore the change process of breakup of romantic relationship, from starting conflict to relation termination. The process included the change of romantic relationship and the change of individual psychological process. There were 8 undergraduat and graduate students who had breakup experience and agreed to receive in-depth interview. The results included: (1) There were four stages to descript breakup process, including 'conflict in relationship', 'to pull and drag in relationship', 'ups and downs inside', and 'to take off in life'. (2) Individual would experience the process of changing in themselves when they experienced the process of changing in relationship. (3) The stage of low tide of 'ups and downs inside' was the basis of the stage of 'to take off in life'. (4) The people who choiced to separate or were forsaken were experienced the conflict of self orientation. Based on these findings, implications for practice and further research were addressed as well.
