精神科醫療團隊的運作兼論心理衛生專業人員的角色

THE OPERATION OF TEAM WORK IN ACUTE PSYCHIATRIC WARDROLES OF VARIOUS MENTAL HEALTH WORKERS

本文依臨床經驗，心理健康之理論基礎與心理問題之分類，區分各類心理衛生專業人員之角色與其扮演。以精神醫療中急性治療病房之醫療團隊為例，詳細述說醫師與非醫師心理衛生專業人員（護士、社會工作者、職能治療師）之角色扮演與其互動關係。並企圖藉此分析、提供國內精神醫療團隊運作與工作人員養成教育中，角色認定之參考。

Based on clinical experiences, theoretical definition of mental health and the separation of mental health work into the general and specific kinds, the author tried to describe the roles of various mental health workers. By the example of mental health team in the acute psychiatric ward, the author describes in detail, the roles and the interactions of various mental health workers (psychiatrist, nurse, social worker and occupational therapist). By this analysis, this article intends to provide a theoretical reference for the therapeutic team work in acute psychiatric ward and to provide the role for identification in the process of professional training of various mental health workers.
