The emergence of AI has revolutionized the pension system. Home-based care for the elderly is now very feasible and the elderly do not need to be sent to nursing homes. First, AI collects patient data, and then performs data analysis and prediction. This involves issues of privacy and database ownership. Second, the use of AI will involve the responsibilities of nurses and AI. Third, the legal liability of AI and doctors, and fourth, the transparency of AI black boxes are the focus of this article.
