職涯發展教育融入大學通識課程之規劃與實施

The Planning and Implementation of Career Development Education in University General Courses

本研究探討如何在大學通識課程融入職涯發展教育，以促進學生自我探索與職涯規劃能力。研究者以一所國立科技大學為對象，「走讀高雄」校訂通識課程設計結合教育部的大專校院學生之職涯發展教材與職涯探索牌卡實作活動。研究結果顯示，職涯發展教育融入大學通識課程之規劃與實施，能有效提升學生對個人特質、職涯價值觀與職業興趣的認識，進而幫助其規劃未來職業方向。此課程模式具實務參考價值，建議未來可擴大推動至各類型課程，並深化學生生涯素養培育。

This study explored the implementation of career development within a general education curriculum in an university of science and technology in order to enhance students’self-awareness and career planning competencies. The course integrated the career development materials for college students from Ministry of Education and used interactive career card activities to facilitate student engagement. The research results indicated that the integration of career development into general education courses can effectively enhance students' understanding of their personal traits, career values, and vocational interests, thereby assisting them in planning their future career paths. The findings suggested as follows: the course model should be expanded to other courses to enhance career literacy among university students.
