「清華STEAM學校」之DDMT教學模式於新竹縣國中課程實踐之研究

Study on the Implementation of the DDMT Teaching Model of Tsinghua STEAM School in a Hsinchu County Junior High School

本研究目的主要了解新竹縣「清華STEAM學校」課程實踐之情形。「清華STEAM學校」採用之課程發展模式為DDMT教學模式，包含發現（Discover）、定義（Define）、模型與建模（Model & Modelling）以及遷移（Transfer）四個步驟，DDMT教學模式可以提供鷹架協助教師發展素養導向與跨領域STEM/STEAM教學活動。在採用DDMT教學模式教學後，研究發現：一、不同自然科學習興趣的學生，在科學學習動機量表上的表現，都能有所提升，且低學習興趣組學生學習動機提升達顯著水準。二、學生在運算思維、跨域整合及溝通表達能力都有提升。

The purpose of this study is to understand the effectiveness of the implementation of the “TsingHua STEAM School” curriculum development model in a junior high school in Hsinchu County. The courses of “Tsing Hua STEAM School” are developed according to the DDMT teaching model, which includes four steps: discover, define, model & modelling, and transfer. The DDMT teaching model provides a scaffold for teachers to develop their competency-based and interdisciplinary STEM/STEAM teaching activities. The findings show that the effectiveness of DDMT teaching model is: (1) Students with different levels of learning interests show improvement in their learning motivation. Students with low-level learning interest have significant improvement on their learning motivation. (2) Students also show improvement on their competences on computational thinking, interdisciplinary integration and communication skills.
