二重國中教師專業發展評鑑嬉遊記

Teachers Evaluation for Professional Development in Er Chong Junior High School

本研究透過敘事研究探討教師專業發展評鑑在二重國中的發展。研究結果我們對教師專業發展評鑑對行政面與教師成長面兩部分做出建議。對行政面的建議是:簡化教專操作的表件、建立信任夥伴的感覺、保持成長與增能的能力、營造良好社群氣氛。對教師成長與支持面的建議為:找到教師核心的自我價值、創造成功的經驗、自我激勵與常保熱情、調整心態終身學習等，藉此鼓勵教師主動加入教師專業發展評鑑，以促進教師專業成長及提昇整體教育品質。

Through narrative research, we had some good suggestions for making improvements in teachers evaluation for professional development. And then based on the theoretical basis, further analyzed and consolidated related research papers and document, to summarize in-service aspect and educational authorities. aspect . And propose eight effective practices are as follows: 1. to simplify paper work, 2. to build mutual trust, 3. to keep professional growth and teacher empowerment, 4. to create a harmonious atmosphere in order to cohesion centripetal force, 5. planning community empowerment training or programs, 6. to find teachers' self-worth, 7. to create succsssful experience and 8. to promote reflection, enthusiasm, and lifelong learning etc. Hopefully, the above suggestions may contribute to encouraging teachers to motivate teachers to participate and to fostering professional growth of teachers as well as improve the overall quality of education as the ultimate goal.
