This study adopted literature analysis methods, mainly to investigate the current situation, effectiveness, challenges and countermeasures of teacher professional development evaluation. From the viewpoint of education policy making process(policy problem formation, policy formulation, policy legalization, policy implementation and policy evaluation), the study analyzed the challenges of teacher professional development evaluation. Based on the analysis, some countermeasures were proposed for the reference of education administrative organs, schools, teachers and teacher groups. |
