我國中小學教師專業發展評鑑執行成效、挑戰與對策－－教育政策運作過程的觀點

Effectiveness, Challenges and Countermeasures of Teacher Professional Development Evaluation–from the Viewpoint of Education Policy Making Process

本研究採取文獻分析方式，主要針對教師專業發展評鑑執行現況、成效、挑戰及對策加以探究。以教育政策運作過程的觀點，透過教育政策問題形成、教育政策規劃、教育政策合法化、教育政策執行、教育政策評估分析教師專業發展評鑑執行的挑戰，並針對挑戰，由教育行政機關、學校、教師、教師團體四方面提出因應的對策。

This study adopted literature analysis methods, mainly to investigate the current situation, effectiveness, challenges and countermeasures of teacher professional development evaluation. From the viewpoint of education policy making process（policy problem formation, policy formulation, policy legalization, policy implementation and policy evaluation）, the study analyzed the challenges of teacher professional development evaluation. Based on the analysis, some countermeasures were proposed for the reference of education administrative organs, schools, teachers and teacher groups.
