The purpose of the thesis is to discuss social innovation cases in Taiwan convenience stores that combine business applications through policy diffusion. The development model is based on convenience stores becoming a community resource network and support system for their business model while making convenience stores a part of community network nodes. In this case, the convenience store plays a non-profit social role in the local social-spatial through the government social assistance policy and cooperation with the library. Through the case study of 7-11, this paper points out that ''social innovation'' is the value reshaping and public welfare practice that enterprises can take root in local economic activities and integrate into local social network activity. The conclusion is that through the appropriate connection and close interaction between the convenience store network characteristics and the government social welfare policy. The convenience store has transformed from the commercial image of the past chain service industry to one of the key players rooted in the local community. Leading with industry and being one of the models of corporate innovation that spans traditional innovation. |
