The motivation of the author's research is to use the concepts of transition, blending and reintegration of the intermediate state to explore how the Tai Chi movement enters the movement process of Ping Li Guan Wu chi and Tai Chi Qi Shi. The research method of this paper, in addition to the author's experience from literature and self-practice, and through five interviewers, has established that the intermediary state has a cultivating effect on the process of Tai Chi initiation. The purpose of the research is to propose a set of movement methods for Tai Chi movements through the intermediary state, and to interpret its significance. Through the discussion of this paper, it is found that the process of separation, transition, blending and integration of the intermediate state is suitable for application in the movement process of Tai Chi. The exerciser introduces the intermediate state through the law of "moving Qi with the heart and moving the body with Qi" The process of the state, awareness of the physical and mental changes in the intermediary process of Tai Chi rising, through the accumulation of these practices and the evidence of the interviewer, the intermediary state is applied to the experience of Tai Chi rising, effectively transforming our physical and mental functions, making Tai Chi The fist-rising exercise stimulates the body's awareness and is also helpful for the entire Tai Chi routine. |
